Welcome to Adjungle.pk. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Adjungle.pk website (https://adjungle.pk) and the Adjungle.pk mobile application (together, the “Service”), operated by Adjungle.pk (“Adjungle.pk”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Adjungle.pk is a free online classified-advertising platform that allows users in Pakistan to post, browse, and respond to advertisements (“Ads”) for goods and services. Adjungle.pk is a platform and intermediary only. We do not own, sell, buy, or inspect the items or services listed in Ads, and we are not a party to any transaction between users. Any dealing, negotiation, payment, or exchange takes place directly between the buyer and the seller, at their own risk.
You are solely responsible for the content of the Ads and any other material you post, including text, images, prices, and contact details (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you confirm that:
You grant Adjungle.pk a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your User Content within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
You must not post, list, or use the Service in connection with any of the following:
We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse any Ad or content, and to suspend or ban any user, at our discretion and without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
Because Adjungle.pk is only a platform, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any item, service, or listing, nor the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment and caution when dealing with other users. We strongly encourage you to meet in safe public places and to verify items before completing any transaction. Adjungle.pk is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from dealings between users.
The Service is free to use and is supported in part by advertising. We display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdMob. These ads, and the data used to serve them, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Adjungle.pk is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services they promote.
By creating an account, you agree that we may send you service-related communications (such as account, security, and chat notifications). We may also send promotional messages about new features and relevant listings; you can opt out of promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe option or your notification settings, without affecting essential service messages.
The Service, including its design, logos, and software (excluding User Content), is owned by Adjungle.pk and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission. User Content remains the property of the user who posted it, subject to the licence granted in Section 3.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, and we do not guarantee any particular results from using the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adjungle.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, from transactions or dealings with other users, or from any User Content. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adjungle.pk and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, remove your content, or ban your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete My Account in the app).
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal reasons. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above, and the revised Terms take effect when published on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
