Welcome to Adjungle.pk. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://adjungle.pk and the Adjungle mobile applications available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store (together, the “Service”), operated by Adjungle.pk (“Adjungle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Service is currently offered exclusively to users located in Pakistan.
By creating an account, browsing listings, posting an ad, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post an ad on Adjungle. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws of Pakistan. Adjungle is not directed at and must not be used by anyone under 18.
Adjungle is an online classifieds platform that allows users to post, browse, and respond to listings (“Ads”) for items, property, vehicles, services, and other goods, across categories including but not limited to vehicles, mobiles, real estate, electronics, animals, agriculture, services, jobs, fashion, sports, furniture, and business equipment.
Adjungle is a venue, not a party to any transaction. We do not own, sell, inspect, verify, or take possession of any item, property, or service listed on the platform. We do not act as a buyer, seller, agent, broker, or party to any sale, rental, or service agreement formed between users. Any transaction, negotiation, payment, meeting, or exchange that occurs as a result of an Ad happens directly and solely between the buyer and seller, at their own risk.
To post an Ad, message other users, or access certain features, you must create an account using your phone number, which we verify via a One-Time Password (OTP) sent by SMS. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it, except where such activity results from our own security failure.
By posting an Ad on Adjungle, you agree to the following:
Your Ad must accurately describe the item, property, or service being offered, including its condition, price, and location. You must not use misleading photos, false pricing, or deceptive descriptions.
You confirm that you own the item or property you are listing, or that you have full legal authority and right to sell, rent, or offer the item, property, or service described in your Ad.
You may not post Ads for:
Adjungle does not review, verify, or endorse the contents of any Ad before or after it is published. While we may use automated systems or limited manual review to detect obviously prohibited content, the presence of an Ad on the Service does not mean Adjungle has verified its accuracy, legality, or the legitimacy of the seller.
We reserve the right to remove, edit, suspend, or refuse to publish any Ad, at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice, including where we believe an Ad violates these Terms or applicable law.

Adjungle does not guarantee the identity, intentions, or trustworthiness of any user, nor the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any Ad. All transactions arranged through the Service are conducted directly between users, at their own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law, Adjungle disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, fraud, theft, injury, or dispute arising from a transaction, meeting, or communication between users, whether or not the parties met through the Service.
Adjungle currently offers unlimited free ad posting across all categories. We may, at our discretion, introduce optional paid features in the future (such as featured or boosted listings) that enhance the visibility of an Ad. Any such paid features will be clearly marked as optional and priced transparently at the time of purchase, and these Terms will be updated accordingly before such features are introduced.
The Adjungle name, logo, website design, and app design are the property of Adjungle.pk and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission. By posting an Ad, you grant Adjungle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute the content of your Ad (including photos) on the Service and in promotional materials related to the Service, for as long as the Ad remains active or as otherwise required to operate the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time by deleting your Ad, subject to Section 12 of our Privacy Policy regarding data retention.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice, if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (including Sections 6, 10, and 11) will survive termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY AD, USER, OR TRANSACTION ON THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE, SAFE, OR LEGITIMATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF PAKISTAN, ADJUNGLE, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ANY AD POSTED ON THE SERVICE, OR ANY TRANSACTION OR DISPUTE BETWEEN USERS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ADJUNGLE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) PKR 5,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under the laws of Pakistan.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adjungle, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your Ads or content; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any transaction or dispute between you and another user.
If you encounter a fraudulent listing, abusive user, or believe someone has violated these Terms, please report it immediately through the in-app “Report” feature or by emailing contactus@adjungle.pk with details. We will review reports and take appropriate action at our discretion, which may include removing content, warning users, or suspending accounts.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, and shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
The following additional terms apply specifically to your use of the Adjungle mobile application:
The app may request access to your device’s location, camera, photo library, and notification permissions, solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy (e.g., tagging ad location, uploading photos, and receiving alerts). You may grant or deny these permissions through your device settings, and the core features of the app will generally remain usable, with reduced convenience, if permissions are declined.
Your use of the app is also subject to the standard terms of the platform from which you downloaded it (the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), including their respective usage rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable app store’s terms regarding licensing of the app itself, the app store’s terms shall govern solely with respect to that licensing relationship; in all other respects, these Terms govern your use of the Service.
If you are using the app on an Apple iOS device, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and Adjungle only, and not with Apple Inc., and that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app. Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, or claims arising under consumer protection law, all of which are the sole responsibility of Adjungle.
We may release updates to the app from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or maintain compatibility with device operating systems. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to functionality, subject to these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you via the app, website, email, or SMS. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable Pakistani law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Adjungle regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
