Adjungle.pk (“Adjungle.pk”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Adjungle.pk website (https://adjungle.pk) and the Adjungle.pk mobile application (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are
Adjungle.pk is a free online classified-ads platform based in Pakistan that allows individuals and businesses to post, browse, and respond to advertisements for goods and services across Pakistani cities.

2. Information We Collect
We only collect information needed to operate and improve the Service.
Information you provide to us:
- Account details such as your name, email address, and phone number when you register or sign in.
- Sign-in information when you choose to log in using Google, Facebook, email, or phone (OTP) authentication.
- The content of the ads you post, including titles, descriptions, prices, photos, and the location or city you select for the ad.
- Messages you send through our in-app chat to other users.
- Any information you provide when you contact our support team.
Information collected automatically:
- Device information such as device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app version.
- A mobile advertising identifier (for example, the Android Advertising ID / AAID), used for advertising and analytics as described below.
- Usage and diagnostic information, such as which screens you view, features you use, search terms you enter, crash reports, and general performance data.
- Approximate or, with your permission, precise location information, used to show you ads and listings relevant to your area. You can control location access through your device settings.
Information from third-party sign-in providers:
- When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email) from those providers, in accordance with their permissions and your privacy settings.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you when you sign in.
- Publish and display the ads you post, and show you relevant listings based on your selected location.
- Enable communication between buyers and sellers through in-app chat.
- Send you notifications you have opted into, such as chat messages and relevant listing alerts.
- Display advertising within the app (see Section 5).
- Analyze usage, diagnose crashes, and improve the performance, features, and safety of the Service.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate the app. These providers process certain data on our behalf or in accordance with their own privacy policies:
5. Advertising and Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google, to display advertisements in the app.
- AdMob and its partners may collect and use certain information — including your device’s advertising identifier (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, and general usage data — to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.

Your ad choices: You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device settings (for example, on Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads, but the ads you see may be less relevant to you.
6. How We Share Information
We are not in the business of selling your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Publicly, as part of your ads: Information you include in an ad (such as description, photos, price, city, and any contact method you choose to display) is visible to other users of the Service. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your public ads.
- With service providers: The third-party services listed in Section 4, which process data on our behalf to provide their functionality.
- For legal reasons: When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our terms, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the rights, safety, or property of Adjungle.pk, our users, or the public.
- In a business transfer: If Adjungle.pk is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred, subject to this Privacy Policy.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including the use of secure (SSL/TLS encrypted) connections for data transmission. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or update the personal information we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
- Control app permissions (such as location, camera, and notifications) through your device settings.
- Adjust or reset your advertising identifier as described in Section 5.

10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contactus@adjungle.pk and we will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
