K-Electric Customer Experience Centres in Karachi
Customer Experience Centres (CECs) are K-Electric’s main walk-in offices for billing, new connections, meter issues and complaints. K-Electric lists 22 of them, including one in Hub, which K-Electric also supplies. Three centres (FB Area, North Karachi and New Karachi) are listed at the same Al-Noor Powerhouse site in Block 19, FB Area.

K-Electric Customer Facilitation Centres
Customer Facilitation Centres (CFCs) are smaller local offices, many of them in areas far from a CEC, such as Gadap, Dhabeji, Gaddani and Ibrahim Hyderi. The Mega CFCs in Saddar, Clifton, SITE, Baldia, Landhi, Shah Faisal and Surjani are the largest.

LESCO customer service centres in Lahore
LESCO (Lahore Electric Supply Company) supplies Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib. Its central customer service centre is at LESCO headquarters on Queens Road, and each circle of Lahore has its own centre. LESCO also runs a mobile customer services centre on a published schedule.

- K-Electric online: the KE Live app and portal let you see power updates, download and pay bills, lodge and track complaints, apply for a new connection and report theft. On WhatsApp (0348-0000118) you can get a duplicate bill, register complaints and check your power status.
- LESCO and IESCO: call 118 or SMS 8118 to register a complaint, or email ccms@pitc.com.pk. You can also download a duplicate bill from the LESCO or IESCO website.
LESCO and IESCO don’t publish centre timings on their websites, so call 118 before a visit.
