Dawlance Service Center List in Pakistan: City-Wise Addresses, Helpline & WhatsApp
Fridge not cooling, washing machine stuck mid-cycle, or a new Dawlance AC that needs installing? This guide lists all 45 authorised Dawlance service centres that Dawlance publishes, city by city, with full addresses and a map link for each. It also explains how to book a repair the quickest way, what Dawlance’s standard AC installation covers, and how to avoid the fake “Dawlance service centre” numbers that fill search results.

How to get a Dawlance appliance repaired
For big appliances such as fridges, freezers, ACs and washing machines, you don’t need to carry anything to a service centre. You register the fault and a technician is sent out. This is the quickest way to do it:
- Find your model number. It is printed on the rating sticker on the appliance (usually inside a fridge, on the back or side of a washing machine, and on the side of an AC indoor unit). Keep your purchase invoice and warranty card handy too, because they show whether the repair is still under warranty.
- Register the complaint. Call 021-111-11-7359, send a WhatsApp message to 0311-111-7359, or use the online complaint form. Online, Dawlance asks for your name, phone number, address, city, the product and the problem.
- Wait for the call-back. For online complaints, Dawlance says a representative will contact you within 24 hours to arrange the visit. Note down any complaint number you are given.
- Use the service centre list below if you want to drop in, follow up in person, or check which authorised centre covers your area.

What Dawlance’s standard AC installation includes
If you are having a Dawlance AC installed, it helps to know exactly what the standard installation covers before the technician arrives. Dawlance’s published installation policy sets out what is included and what costs extra:
| Included in standard installation | Charged extra |
|---|---|
| Mounting the indoor unit on a standard brick wall and placing the outdoor unit securely | Outdoor unit wall-mount brackets |
| Up to 10 feet of copper piping, insulation, control wiring and basic drainage pipe | Piping, wiring or drainage beyond 10 feet, billed per foot |
| One standard core hole through the wall for the pipes | Drilling through reinforced concrete beams, lintels or columns |
| Power-on testing of cooling, airflow and drainage | Removing an old unit, and scaffolding or special access for high floors |
The policy also says the technician should quote any extra work before starting, and that you can dispute an on-site quote with Dawlance customer care before approving it. You need a working power point or breaker for the AC, because technicians don’t install new breakers or internal wiring. If you rent, get the landlord’s permission (NOC) first. Most importantly, Dawlance’s policy states that third-party installation or servicing voids the warranty.
Watch out for fake “Dawlance service centre” numbers
Search for “Dawlance service centre near me” and you will see plenty of map pins, ads and websites with mobile numbers that use the Dawlance name. Many are independent repair shops, not authorised centres. Using one can cost you your warranty, as Dawlance’s policy says above. To stay safe:
- Use only the numbers published on dawlance.com.pk: 021-111-11-7359 and WhatsApp 0311-111-7359.
- Check that the centre appears in the list above, which comes from Dawlance’s own service finder.
- Don’t pay an advance to an unknown number to “book” a technician.
- Ask for a written quote before any paid work, and keep the receipt.

Service centres come from Dawlance’s official service finder (dawlance.com.pk/service-finder), with all provinces selected, accessed 17 October 2026. Helpline, WhatsApp and email come from Dawlance’s support page (dawlance.com.pk/support). The complaint process comes from the complaint registration page, and AC installation details from Dawlance’s installation policy (dawlance.com.pk/installationPolicy).
Adjungle.pk compiled this guide. We grouped Dawlance’s list by city, removed internal region codes from a few centre names, and tidied capitalisation, abbreviations and obvious spelling mistakes in the addresses. Nothing else was changed. Map links are Google Maps searches for each address, not pins checked on the ground. We re-check this list against Dawlance’s service finder regularly and update it when Dawlance’s list changes.
