Cracked Galaxy screen, a TV with no picture, or a Samsung appliance that needs a repair? Samsung says it has more than 176 authorised support centres across Pakistan, run by independent third parties using genuine Samsung parts. Its online locator lists 28 service centres in 14 cities plus 16 collection points where you can drop off a phone. This guide lists all of them by city, and explains which centres handle phones and which handle TVs and appliances, which is the most common reason for a wasted trip.

Quick answer
- Samsung helpline: 0800-SAMSUNG (0800-7267864). Samsung’s live chat runs 10:00 am to 10:00 pm (Sundays off), and its email is estore.pk@samsung.com. Most centres on the locator list a WhatsApp number, 0332-7267864.
- Pick the right centre: some centres handle phones, tablets and wearables, others handle TVs and home appliances. The “Handles” column below tells you which.
- TVs and big appliances: Samsung says that for TVs of 43 inches or smaller, the quickest help is to visit a centre. For other products, it asks you to call the helpline first for next steps.
- Phones: switch on Samsung’s Maintenance mode before handing over your phone, so your photos, messages and accounts stay private.
- Day off varies: most centres close on Sunday, but several close on Friday instead. Check the hours below.

Before you take your device to Samsung
- Check what the centre handles. A phone centre can’t fix a TV, and an appliance centre can’t fix a phone.
- Turn on Maintenance mode on your Galaxy phone (in Settings, under device care). It hides your personal data from the technician while keeping the phone usable for testing.
- Back up first. Save photos and chats to the cloud or a computer in case the repair needs a reset.
- Take proof of purchase (invoice or warranty card) if you expect the repair to be covered by warranty.
- Call ahead for large items. For anything bigger than a 43-inch TV, Samsung asks you to call 0800-SAMSUNG first rather than carry it in.
