What about Toyota, Honda, Hyundai and Suzuki?
As of October 2026, Indus Motor (Toyota) and Honda Atlas have not announced any all-new car for Pakistan in 2027. Globally, a next-generation Corolla is reported for around 2028, but there is no Pakistan date. Hyundai’s 2026 news has been about prices rather than new models. Pak Suzuki’s big launch this year was the Fronx, with the Fronx ADAS trim added in September. Expect facelifts and new hybrid versions rather than all-new models from these brands in 2027.

Frequently asked questions
What are the newest cars launched in Pakistan?
The most recent launches are the Geely EX2 and EX5 (24 October 2026), the Avatr 07 and Avatr 11, the Arcfox T5 REEV, Nora’s small EVs and the Kia Stonic 1.0 Turbo, all in October 2026.
Which is the cheapest new car launched in 2026?
Nora’s E30 starts from about Rs 1.9 million before GST, but it is a small quadricycle. Among regular cars, the cheapest 2026 launches are the Kia Stonic 1.0 Turbo (Rs 5.499 million), the Chery Q EV (Rs 5.554 million) and the Suzuki Fronx (from Rs 5.999 million).
Which new cars are coming before the end of 2026?
The Tank 300 is expected in November. BYD’s locally assembled Sealion 6, the MG IM5 and IM6, Changan UNI-S, Deepal G318 and S09, Jaecoo J8, GAC Aion ES and more Nevo models are listed for December.
Are Toyota and Honda launching new cars in 2027?
Neither has announced an all-new model for Pakistan as of October 2026. Facelifts and hybrid updates are more likely than all-new cars.
Which upcoming cars will be assembled in Pakistan?
The BYD Sealion 6 is set to be BYD’s first locally assembled car, and Master Changan says its five Changan passenger models will be assembled locally. The Suzuki Fronx and Chery Tiggo 8 PHEV launched this year are already assembled in Pakistan.
What is the difference between a PHEV and a REEV?
A plug-in hybrid (PHEV) can be driven by its petrol engine, its electric motor or both. A range-extended EV (REEV) is always driven by its electric motor; the petrol engine only works as a generator to charge the battery. Both can be charged from a socket and run on electricity alone for short trips.
Do these prices include registration and taxes?
No. They are ex-factory prices. Registration, token tax, withholding tax (higher for non-filers), insurance and freight are extra. See our guide to Excise and Taxation offices for registration and token tax.
